research review

The Lehigh Research Review is an annual, university-wide, topic-driven publication that offers a comprehensive overview of research at the university.

The magazine’s content—writing, imaging and layout—is designed to be accessible to academics and non-academics alike. Rather than using photography from research labs, the Research Review relies on highly conceptual photography and illustration. This approach makes for unconventional, beautiful and thought-provoking artwork.

This page features samples of imaging that I worked on—i.e., art-directed / created myself* / licensed—for Volumes 3 through 7 of the magazine.

*Process images are included for the artwork I’ve created.
