Camden, Bilva Tree and Sivam—by Chaitanya
DESIGN (Brand Identities, COMMUNICATIONS AND MERCH)Chaitanya is a renowned builder that develops residential and commercial projects in Chennai, India. These are the unique identities I designed for their three luxury residential developments, Camden, Bilva Tree and Sivam, and the suite of collateral I developed to support their marketing and sales efforts.
Camden
Camden is a development with eight elegant residences and beautiful landscaping, located in a quiet residential enclave in an old, bustling part of Chennai.
While developing its identity, I wanted to nod to all of this, and to the parent company, Chaitanya’s, brand.
Bilva Tree
Located in one of the most sought after neighbourhoods in Chennai, Bilva Tree’s spacious floor plans, floor-to-ceiling windows and use of natural materials make it a celebration of air, light and earth.
Sivam
Sivam is a development of generously sized, beautifully designed residences that’s located in one of Chennai’s most premium zipcodes.
My Role
Identity design for the three brands—Camden, Bilva Tree and Sivam—and development of the accompanying print and digital collateral to support marketing and sales efforts.
