Camden
Camden is a development with eight elegant residences and beautiful landscaping, located in a quiet residential enclave in an old, bustling part of Chennai.
While developing its identity, I wanted to nod to all of this, and to the parent company, Chaitanya’s, brand.
Bilva Tree
Located in one of the most sought after neighbourhoods in Chennai, Bilva Tree’s spacious floor plans, floor-to-ceiling windows and use of natural materials make it a celebration of air, light and earth.
Sivam
Sivam is a development of generously sized, beautifully designed residences that’s located in one of Chennai’s most premium zipcodes.
